We are a short cab ride from the Little Italy, the Gaslamp District and the San Diego Trolley, the trolley ranges from Tijuana, Mexico to the Old Town district and beyond, to fine, contemporary shopping at Fashion Valley Center.
Many of our visitors will want to take the ferry or a water taxi across the bay to Coronado Island, site of the Hotel del Coronado, where the classic movie Some Like It Hot (Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, Jack Lemon) was filmed.
The ferry landing, indeed the entire waterfront including the Star of India tall ship, fine restaurants, and shopping at Seaport Village are only a short cab ride away.
