Test Kitchen
The thing about our test kitchen is that it is big! A full 250 square feet complete with commercial refrigerator and freezer and a bank of commercial microwaves. It has 24 linear feet of counter space and room for a mobile work surface as needed. We also have a residential refrigerator, dishwasher, and reverse osmosis water maker.
